Happy Shortest day

Hello Year 5
I hope your Christmas break is going well. Here is a sneak peak of how the classroom is going.
I am hoping to create something for you to interact with soon, keep watching.
Here is a little something for you to do.
The 100 Word Challenge:
The prompt this week is back to ‘normal’. It is:
…and then the noise stopped…
You have 100 words to add to these 5 making 105 in total. Make sure you use your most creative descriptions.
If you have a go why not put it in the comments box, I have sorted it so that you don't have to log in to comment or email me. If you would like to see what others write go here.

  1. This is what I have come up with. : It was damp and dark and by now. I had a raging headache. The noise was ringing in my head; it was like nothing I have ever experienced. I didn’t know what was happening. It was getting freezing but I didn’t to move because of fear. In the distance I saw the sunset. It was scenic but the noise still carried on. I felt like passing out. It was getting so deafing and unbearable. There was no one around to talk to and tell them what was happening. As the sound carried on it seemed as time was going slower. ……And then the noise stopped…….. By Daniela G :-)
